Each of the iDOŽ solutions, available at this online store, is an on-demand solution which enable you to access its capabilities on subscription basis. This means no major equipment and/or integration upfront investment. The services are group into three Portal Packages. They are:
1. portalDOC - provides web portal application which is configured. There are both standard ready-to-use portal and/or ones that can be created or customized for you. Each portal services include all the datacenter operation services and data backup operation.
2. portalMBR - the portal solution for member resources management
3. portalSVC - include both the web homepage development, and the seamless processing including document upload and indexing services that works inconjuction with portalDOC
Each of these categories comes with basic usage and capacity plan and scale the services to fit your needs based on:
a. Number of User Logon
b. Number of Information Tabs/Panel
c. Size of required managed storage
d. Number of Indexing / Processing (Applicable for Full Service ONLY)
If the plans do not adequately cover your requirements, supplemental subscriptions are available to procure packages for additional users, managed storage, volume indexing, and/or additional panel service maintenance.
The plans are tailored to fit the profile of your organization. Moreover, these plans are billed in a fixed monthly or annual fee, which takes the guesswork out of your budgeting and planning process.
Plans will be for the minimum of one year.
