iDO® portalMBR: For Member Resources Management
portalMBR is one of iDO® Application created to help membership associations and organizations manage and support their members. This web portal stores information for 24x7 and available for instant access to membership resources. It also provides means to enable members to stay connected, communicate announcements, news, and events.
Six standard iDO® Information Tabs are available. They are:
• Membership contain association charter, policy, guideline, and membership benefits
• News & Information contain collection of various tools, contact, industry, and/or statistical information to help members stay current and well informed
• Members Catalog contain information from members, members and sponsors organizations
• Events contain event schedules and logistic information
• Program Presentation contain current and archive of event schedules and program presentations
• Bulletin Board allows members to post their announcement to other members.
portalMBR is a portal ONLY service. However, for administrators that want freedom from the tedious and time-consuming member communication routines, iChanneX provides services to deal with systematic communication operation. These are:
• Monthly e-Newsletters Here iChanneX takes your paragraph input and graphics, compose e-newsletters and distributes to all organization members.
• Active Bulletin The Active Bulletin is a bulletin information distribution services. This works similar to monthly e-Newsletter, the difference is only that paragraphs input are the members’ announcement. iChanneX team composes this into e-Newsletter and sends them out to all the members.
