Solution Description
PortalDOC TEAM - This is Portal Services Solution that come with iChanneX Managed Host and Data Index Application capability. You get an online Web Based Application for Information and Document Management.
The documents will be uploaded, indexed, collated, posted, etc. by your own staff. It is most appropriate where you feel that document indexing is complex and should be identified and handle by subject-matter-expert staff. It should also be noted that, in this option, you can also encrypt the document prior to upload to the portal. This, therefore, ensures that no one except your internally authorized staff can view the document.
1-Portal (Customized the Front Page for company)
5-Tabs: (Standard AP, AR, HR, Administration, Board of Directors Tabs)
5-Users (Each allow authorized access of Tabs or group of Tabs)
5-GB of Managed Storage (Approx. 10 Cabinet ~ 40 Drawers ~ 100,000 Pages of black & white 200dpi documents)
