This is portalDOC customized services that provide you with a very quickly built information tabs customized your need. For example, you may want to add additional information for your operation workflow process.

A one-time setup and configuration of upto five information Tabs is provided with this order. The build or modification requests can also be adjusted and fine-tune once during the one-year term.

These MAC (Move-Add-Change) requests can be flexibly applied to either new document panels or existing ones. Each change requests may contain multiple columns, field names, and other modifications.

This means:

• You can add new Tabs to your Portal • You can modify the existing panel to add more columns, move and shuffle columns, and/or change the name of the index field. • You can change the Logo and update information in your main portal.

The Tab Services Maintenance allows you to add-move-change the document Tab within the limit that is supported by iChanneX configuration. It does not include development of new software modules or applications. Other customization or integration is also available as a typical IT time and material services.
